If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must email [email protected].

If you are canceling less than 24 hours before your reservation, you surrender your entire reservation fee.

If you do not show up for your reservation, and we do not hear from you, you surrender your reservation fee.

You will only be allowed to reschedule your reservation up to 2 times, after that your reservation will be canceled and you surrender your reservation fee.

Dogs are not allowed in the igloos.
