This weekend is our 3 year anniversary and since we can't celebrate with everyone in the taproom, we are going to be doing a special bottle release of our Russian Imperial Stout – RISe & Shine!
For this limited special we took our RISe and put it in a maple syrup barrel and aged it for 6 months. Notes of carmel, chocolate, a hint of maple syrup, and smokey roasted aromas. Rich dark chocolate, licorice, and wild berry flavors with a slight alcohol finish also accompany this beer. It's so good you want to pour some on your pancakes.
